1. Cigarettes and/or other tobacco products purchased from RITE-BRAND must be purchased for personal use/consumption only and NOT FOR RESALE.
2. You must be 18 years or older to purchase cigarettes or other tobacco products from RITE-BRAND.
3. You must posess a valid credit card to make any online purchases from RITE-BRAND. Alternatively, you may also make a bank wire transfer if you do not wish to use your credit card online.
4. Purchases must not be made with the intent to distribute these purchases to minors.
5. It is the member's responsibility to determine and comply with their respective country, federal and province/state's laws pertaining to cigarettes and tobacco product purchases made outside their country and province/state.
6. RITE-BRAND reserves the right to cancel any transaction it feels does not take into account our policies, Country, Federal or Province/State laws.
7. RITE-BRAND has already paid the excise tax for members on cigarettes. Cigarettes sold may differ slightly in packaging and tobacco blend from their domestic brand cigarettes designed for the particular country.
8. In the case of seizure of you order whether illegal or legitimate by the customs department of your country. RITE-BRAND takes no responsibility and according to these terms we are not forced to refund your credit card/bank transfer or reship the seized order. It is our sole discretion whether we reship any seized order at no extra cost to the member.
