Warranty and Return
Policy
- RITE-PUTT
LLC
warrants that the
products supplied are free from defects in
workmanship and materials under normal use
for a period of 90 days. If the product is
returned to RITE-PUTT or the
approved dealer from which the product was
obtained within 90 days of purchase, and RITE-PUTT
determines the product to be defective, and
provided the product was not subject to
misuse, abuse, misapplication or used in
defective equipment, RITE-PUTT will
at its option, either replace the defective
product, or repair the product, upon your
return of the product to RITE-PUTT
including all accessories.
- For
any claim on the RITE-PUTT
warranty a valid proof of purchase must be
supplied.
- In
no event will RITE-PUTT or any
other party who has been involved in the
production or delivery of the products be
liable for special, direct, indirect or
consequential damages, including loss of
profit or inability to use the purchased
product, even if RITE-PUTT
or such other party has been advised
of the possibility of such damages.
- No
relaxation or indulgence that RITE-PUTT
may grant will anyway prejudice or
be deemed a waiver of RITE-PUTT's
rights as set forth herein.
